The Villages at Cotton Ranch Homeowners' Association was formed in April 1998 to provide the care, maintenance, and preservation to the common areas within our neighborhood. We also promote the health, safety, and welfare of the owners within our neighborhood and enforce the Association policies, procedures, and covenants. Architectural control to all structures in our neighborhood is provided by the Cotton Ranch Homeowner’s Association.
The Association is governed by a five member Executive Board, which meets on an as-needed basis. Our Board members are:
