Policies and Procedures [P&P]
The Executive Board has adopted Policies and Procedures in compliance with Colorado Common Interest Associations requirements. The Board has published these documents so you know what to expect from the Board and to eliminate "surprises". The Board from time to time may amend these P&P. If you have some suggestions on further clarifying the P&P please email us or talk to a Board member.
